Return Policy

K.K. Paddywhacks takes pride in producing quality, professionally embroidered goods. We strive to ensure that each and every item that leaves our shop is in perfect condition.

Please CLICK HERE to e-mail us if you are experiencing a problem with a garment that you have purchased from K.K. Paddywhacks Embroidery. Please include your phone number so we can contact you to resolve the problem.

Returns are accepted for garment manufacturing flaws and defects and must be pre-authorized by K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery. All original labels must be factory attached to garment (Yes, there has been an instance for this disclaimer). Non-defective goods are not returnable.

All returned merchandise is subject to company inspection and repair or replacement in lieu of credit or refund within seven (7) days of delivery. In all cases, K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery’s liability shall be limited to its stated selling price of the product or service to the customer.

K. K. Paddywhacks strives to produce professional results on each and every item that we embroider. In the case of goods supplied by K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery, we have the option to replace or repair defective merchandise less any shipping fees. The customer shall have no right to cover by procuring substitute goods.

Washing and Care Suggestions

The shirts can be washed and dried according to the shirt label, however, the embroidery will look better if you iron the design after placing a handkerchief or other thin sheet over it, to prevent scalding the thread.

Although professional care will be taken in color matching, due to market conditions and mill variances beyond K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery’s control, we cannot guarantee consistency of fabric colors, ink colors, and/or thread colors throughout an individual order, or from one order to the next. We reserve the right, when necessary, to substitute material of equal or better quality without notification.

Due to varied water conditions and the effects of harsh detergents, bleach, men, hot water, and individual laundering, K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery makes no guarantee against fading, bleeding, shrinking, or any other deterioration of garments or decoration during or following laundering. Because cleaning methods and garment use are beyond our control, no warranty of length of service for wear, size, color stability, fabric strength, or decoration condition after the product is used is offered or implied.

If you are physically a size Large (for example) but mentally believe you are a size Medium or even Small, K.K. Paddywhacks is not responsible if the garment does not fit properly! Order the size you physically need, not what you wish you were!

Other Stuff

Normal delivery time is 10 to 15 working days from the time K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery receives the confirmed order. Rush orders (less than 7 working days) are subject to an additional fee of 25% of total order.

Colorado state and county sales tax of 6.9% will be included in the prices. (Colorado residents only). By ordering from K. K. Paddywhacks, I agree to the terms and conditions of K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery.

In the event the exact style, size, or color is not available, a comparable replacement will be used.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any customized design does not infringe copyright laws. We require written authorization from an authorized agent for all trademarked, copyrighted, or registered logos PRIOR to sewing the requested logo.

K. K. Paddywhacks reserves the right to select carriers, including all package services, air carriers and motor freight carriers for delivery. It is our intention to select the most economical method of transit.

K. K. Paddywhacks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by delivery services (ie. FedEx, UPS, etc.). All shortages, claims, and discrepancies must be reported to K. K. Paddywhacks Embroidery within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to make such a timely claim shall constitute a complete and irrevocable acceptance of the shipment.

If, for whatever reason, a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, (supplied by the customer) nobody home, not picked up, etc., the customer shall be charged any fees charged by the returning delivery service.

All returned checks for any reason will have a $30.00 handling charge to your account.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

K.K. Paddywhacks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we just plain don’t want to deal with. So there.
