K.K. Paddywhacks takes every precaution to protect our customers information. All information submitted to this site is protected both online and off-line.

K.K. Paddywhacks will not share, sell, rent, or distribute ANY information about our clients. We hate spam as much as you do!

When a user places an order in our Online Pagosa Store, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are encrypted and protected with the best 128-Bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption software in the industry. When placing an order, once the credit card information page is accessed, you can verify it is a secure page in two different ways. First, the link in the address line in your browser will change from "http" to "https" to indicate a secure page. Second, if you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, there is a yellow padlock icon on the bottom of the browsers that becomes "locked" when you are on a secure page.

All secure information sent to K.K. Paddywhacks is received directly by our Order/Billing department. Once processed, credit card numbers are destroyed at the close of each business day.

COOKIES

A Cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive that contains information about the user. Once the user's browser is closed, the cookie terminates. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personably identifiable information while connected to our site. You must have cookies enabled in order to "check out" of the Pagosa Store.
